As a

Staff Recruiter

, you will lead the hyper-growth of our TurboTax Live Expert Network. Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Service Delivery leaders, you will design and execute effective strategies to source, attract, and hire a large and diverse community of Tax Experts. This role requires you to lead the recruiting strategy and build strong relationships and talent communities with candidates for both on-site and virtual opportunities.

You will use your extensive expertise in high-volume recruiting to grow our external network of tax professionals and build local communities. Simultaneously, you will create clearly defined internal mobility pathways that champion Intuit's growth-centric mindset.

Please note that Intuit operates on a hybrid model, with three in-office days per week.

What you'll bring

7+ years of recruiting experience including proven success in full-cycle or high-volume (or class-based recruitment)

Extensive experience in scaling recruitment programs at an enterprise company.

Demonstrated experience in partnering and consulting with all levels of leadership.

Ability to lead and drive recruitment solutions by collaborating with partner teams.

Experience managing or developing scalable hiring solutions across an enterprise-level organization.

The ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time.

A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed.

Proven success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices.

Demonstrated success in retail hiring is preferred.

How you will lead

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, deeply understanding business strategies and talent needs for both today and the future.

Advise and coach hiring managers on effective, scalable solutions for evaluating talent in a high-volume setting.

Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns and strategies that reinforce Intuit's position as a top employer for tax professionals in North America.

Independently manage the offer process, collaborating with stakeholders to negotiate and close candidates for all assigned roles.

Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight both candidates and hiring team members.

Lead strategic projects to contribute to the operational excellence of the team.

Champion diversity and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring journey.

Collaborate across the broader Talent Acquisition team and serve as a mentor to others.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $155,000 - 209,500

Southern California $145,500 - 197,000
