Support North American operations by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-precision CNC machine tools. Ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair skills. CNC experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Install/commission CNC machine tools
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Read/interpret schematics and technical documentation
Train customers on equipment usage and best practices
Collaborate with Applications Engineers
Submit accurate service reports, timesheets, and expenses
Maintain professional, customer-facing demeanor
Requirements:
Experience with CNC machine tool installation/repair
Skilled in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Able to read electrical schematics
Proficient with tools and electrical test equipment
Familiarity with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
Field service experience in CNC/machine tool industry Hydraulic or pneumatic troubleshooting
