Title: Plant Manager

Location: Roberts, WI

Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Job Summary:

As Plant Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Prestress Division in the Roberts, WI location. This position is a key driver of safety, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, playing a crucial role in achieving strategic location goals and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

· Develops production schedules to meet internal goals as well as the expectations of customers.

· Strong strategic planning, resource management, and problem solving to improve overall business and staff performance.

· Working to streamline operations and maintain compliance and regulations. Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Overseeing and management of budgets, resources, and procurement to ensure optimal utilization.

· Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives, including long-term goals and short-term actions.

· Leading, motivating, and supporting teams, including delegating tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.

· Develop and maintain a culture that promotes adherence to best practices, company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

· Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for products and services.

· Preparing and presenting reports on operation performance to senior management.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

· Strong partner with other on-site business divisions.

Education & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

· Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

· Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

· Leads and directs the work of others.

· Wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

· Bilingual a plus.

· May be required to meet certain certifications in field
