Title: Location Manager
Location: Iowa City, IA
Salary: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Manages overall location operations, sales, and quality control for the location.
· Oversee and manage all plant and sales team members.
· Evaluate and improve methods, processes, and resource utilization to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
· Prepare and manage annual plant budget, including cost control and capital expenditure planning.
· Develop plans for the maximum utilization of materials, machines, and team members.
· Understand the market, market dynamics, and customer base to maximize sales results.
· Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s production capacity and growth goals.
· Forecast demand and work with production planning to ensure alignment.
· Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and OEMs.
· Handle major accounts and negotiate contracts.
· Serve as the voice of the customer within the plant, ensuring needs are met.
· Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams.
· Communicate customer requirements and feedback to improve product offerings and delivery performance.
· Lead and develop the sales team (inside sales, outside sales, account managers).
· Ensure a safe work environment through adherence to safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture.
· Monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
· 5-7 years of related experience.
· Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures .
· Exercise good judgment regarding work site operations.
· Ability to perform well as a team.
· Self-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate the needs of your team.
· Safety-minded when performing tasks.
· Ability and willingness to learn and be trained.
