Role: Merchandiser Lead

What does a Merchandiser Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Merchandiser Lead serves as the key point person for merchandising and product stocking. As the face of the company to local customers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and promote our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability properly stocked according to Swire Coca-Cola standards. You will support the area sales team and have opportunities to learn about merchandising and the beverage industry.

Job Details:
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday
Pay: $19.26/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead restocking, cleaning, and organizing aisles, displays, sections, racks, coolers, and shelves with labels facing outward; rotate products to follow a first-in, first-out stocking system
• Maintain back rooms by organizing back stock in a safely accessible way within the loading dock area; identify and store any product unfit for sale for credit to the customer account
• Operate manual pallet jack, hand carts, and six-wheeled carts
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the store according to instructions and schedule from supervisor and store management
• Cover Merchandiser Supervisor responsibilities on supervisor’s days off; assist with training and developing new merchandisers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Driver’s license with Endorsement P (Passenger) required
• Driving record meets Swire’s vehicle policy upon hire
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to operate a mobile smartphone
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
