What you’ll do as a Merchandiser Lead at Swire Coca-Cola:

You will be the key point person leading merchandising and product stocking. As the face of the company to our local customers, you will ensure customer satisfaction and promote our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability stocked according to Swire Coca-Cola standards. You will support the area sales team and learn about merchandising and the beverage industry.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday
• Pay: $19.26/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for restocking, cleaning, and organizing aisles, displays, sections, racks, coolers, and shelves with labels facing outward; rotate products to follow a first in, first out stocking system
• Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in the loading dock area; identify and store any product unfit for sale for credit to the customer account
• Operate manual pallet jack, hand carts, and six-wheeled carts
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the store according to instructions and schedule
• Cover Merchandiser Supervisor responsibilities on days off and assist with training/developing new merchandisers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver’s License with Endorsement P (Passenger) - valid upon hire
• Driving record meets Swire’s vehicle policy upon hire
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to operate a mobile smartphone device
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed
