The Scaled Analytics Partnership Team is essential in delivering measurement solutions and data-driven insights at scale to support mid-tier clients in their media campaigns. We are seeking a Programmatic Analytics Insights Specialist to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity and analyze data from various sources. This role will influence client strategies behind the scenes, delivering actionable insights and creating scalable analytics processes for diverse client use cases. This position reports to the Director of Scaled Analytics Partnerships and the VP of Global Analytics & Insights. Manage client deliverables by coordinating with Account Managers and Account Executives on client requests related to measurement and performance analysis. Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, and internal Data & Analytics teams to provide data-driven recommendations, test designs, and learning agendas that enhance client outcomes. Work closely with the Data Architecture and Reporting Architecture team to drive performance measurement and offer analytics expertise and best practices to cross-functional teams. Generate clear, actionable insights that demonstrate media effectiveness and guide client decision-making. Identify opportunities to develop templatized best practices or test designs that can be implemented by a large number of clients. Proactively create common solutions that can benefit the broader team and share insights across projects. What You'll Bring to the Table:

Experience in a similar role within advertising, marketing, or digital media. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience in QA, discrepancy checks, and applying statistical knowledge to data sets. Proven ability to translate data into strategic, actionable insights that inform media performance and client strategy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.). Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data in an actionable way and collaborate well with stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-standard performance metrics, media KPIs, measurement solutions, and media analytics best practices. Experience working with internal teams, cross-functional partners, and supporting client relationships. Basic understanding of client servicing and campaign management. Experience with third-party market research data to gather industry insights. Fluency in statistical concepts, with hands-on experience designing and executing test designs, such as A/B tests. Familiarity with media effectiveness measurement approaches (e.g., incrementality, multi-touch attribution). Nice to Have:
