About the Scaled Analytics Team:
This team plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and measurement solutions that help mid-tier clients make informed decisions about their media campaigns. As a Programmatic Insights Analyst, you'll work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy, analyze data from diverse sources, and help shape client strategies behind the scenes. Your focus will be on providing strategic, actionable insights rather than building models or developing machine learning solutions. This is not a data science role, but rather one centered on collaboration, performance analysis, and creating scalable analytics processes. Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Account Managers and Executives to manage client deliverables concerning measurement and performance analysis. Work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations, test designs, and learning agendas to improve client performance. Team up with Data Architecture and Reporting Architecture teams to drive performance measurement practices. Provide actionable insights that demonstrate media effectiveness and assist in client decision-making. Identify opportunities to develop templated measurement best practices for widespread client use. Proactively create common solutions and share insights across projects for the benefit of the larger team. What You Bring:
Experience in a relevant role in advertising, marketing, or digital media. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, including experience in QA and statistical analysis. Ability to convert data findings into strategic, actionable insights for media performance. Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data in an understandable way and collaborate with stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-standard performance metrics, media KPIs, and analytics best practices. A basic understanding of client servicing and campaign management. Experience using third-party market research data for industry insights. Fluency in statistical concepts, including hands-on experience with test designs like A/B testing. Knowledge of media effectiveness measurement methods, such as incrementality and multi-touch attribution. Nice to Have:
