XPEL is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquistion team in San Antonio, TX. The Associate Recruiter will manage requisitions across assigned area/geography. They will source qualified candidates and ensure a robust candidate pipeline for the assigned area/geograph
Job Description:
Core Duties
Create job requisitions and post job advertisements Set up intake meetings with hiring managers to gather information Source passive candidates through different job platforms and other mediums Screen applications and identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone interviews and assess if candidates are a fit for the position Schedule interviews between hiring manager and candidates Assist and track candidates through the hiring, background and onboarding stages Assist other recruiters when needed Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree 2-3 years in a high volume, automotive/manufacturing setting a plus Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus Strong communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Must be in San Antonio, TX and willing to come to office 4 days (Monday thru Thursday) a week
