Your Role in Our Mission:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their vehicle needs and interests. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives to showcase product features and benefits. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers. Assist customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, pricing, trade-in evaluation, and finance/insurance options. Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in compliance with dealership policies and procedures. Follow-up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals. Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, financing options, and competitor offerings. Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Deliver new and used vehicles to customers. Show the customer the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork. Follow up on in-bound telephone inquiries, walk in prospects, and emails inquiries. Preparing car purchase packages. Cold calling up qualified sales prospects. Liaising with the showroom body shop to ensure that vehicle repairs are carried out quickly. To Perform this Job Successfully:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. An ability to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple assignments. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
