Introduction Apply your customer service and behavioral healthcare skills to help the Prince William County community. Community Services is seeking an energetic, customer service-first lead worker to enhance the delivery of behavioral healthcare services to the Prince William Community. This individual will support all levels within the organization to maximize clinical and case management services for clients. Collaborating with other services within Community Services, you will be expected to create a continuous learning environment in which your team can thrive.

About This Role:

Successful candidates in this role will be a detail-oriented, solution-oriented individual who enjoys variety throughout their workday. You will be working with all programs and staff to efficiently manage the business operations of Community Services. You will refine and define policies and procedures to solve problems and correct issues. You will be gathering data in comprehensive ways and updating team members to enhance the performance of the team.

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience in a large organization providing technical support as follows: High school diploma or G.E.D. 3 years of providing business operations service in a behavioral healthcare setting Preferences:

Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems Experience with medical scheduling, medical records, and front desk operations in a medical or behavioral healthcare setting Special Requirements (if applicable):

occasional lifting and carrying of not more than 15 lbs of office equipment to redistribute assets throughout the agency.

Work Schedule:

Atypical work schedule provides flexible coverage over normal agency business hours, between 7 am and 5 pm, not to exceed standard work time on any given day. Very occasional evening or weekend support when new technology is rolled out to the agency. Not telework eligible.

Starting Salary Range:

$28.32-$40.69 hourly
