JOB SUMMARY
The Plastic Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for the 24/7 operation of robotic plastic injection molding machines. The role involves running multiple machines simultaneously, inspecting and packaging parts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities Operate one to five robotic plastic injection molding machines at a time Perform visual inspection and packaging of parts Operate auto-load assembly machines Inspect packaging products for defects or inconsistencies Identify and report any quality issues to appropriate personnel Maintain accurate production and quality records Required Skills
Basic math skills Basic computer skills Attention to detail Ability to work with a sense of urgency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Quality-conscious mindset Aptitude for maintaining records Preferred Skills
