Travel Physical Therapist

Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with patients and healthcare personnel to establish treatment goals. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge records. Participate in rounds, clinics, and professional conferences to provide patient updates. Train and mentor new staff members. Serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students. Support the development of new physical therapy programs. Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) New York State PT license or eligibility Minimum 2 years of experience in acute and/or outpatient physical therapy Preferred:
Experience in both acute care and outpatient rehabilitation Strong documentation and patient education skills
