Position Summary:

Physical Therapist

Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs following established clinical procedures. Develop goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams. Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries. Participate in clinics, rounds, and interdisciplinary conferences to discuss patient care. Provide education and training to staff, students, and healthcare professionals. Mentor new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students. Contribute to the development and implementation of new therapy programs. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (B.S. PT) required. Active or eligible New York State Physical Therapy License. Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in acute or outpatient care. Completion of pre-employment health clearance.
