The Manager, SIOP Planning will help coordinate our integrated planning process, ensuring demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory strategies stay aligned. This role supports the smooth execution of day-to-day planning activities, helping the team deliver reliable products on time. Key Responsibilities Support the monthly SIOP cycle by gathering inputs, preparing reports, and tracking key metrics. Coordinate demand forecasts by consolidating sales data, historical trends, and project pipeline information. Assist with production and capacity planning to align schedules with labor, materials, and equipment availability. Monitor inventory levels and partner with procurement to maintain balance between fulfillment and cost efficiency. Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy for bills of material, routings, and lead times. Provide reporting and analysis to improve forecast accuracy, schedule attainment, and inventory turns. Collaborate with operations, procurement, sales, and shipping teams to ensure plans are realistic and achievable. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or production planning—preferably in manufacturing or building products. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Excel; experience with forecasting tools a plus. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with colleagues. Interest in sustainable products and operational excellence.
