Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Assemblers for our client located near the downtown Canton area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company known for innovation and career development.

Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $15/hour with room for advancement
- Raises and a comprehensive benefits package available after a probationary period
- Strong potential for long-term career growth, with internal promotion and cross-training opportunities
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime required near the end of the month - flexibility is essential
- Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Familiar with component identification and various stages of the assembly process
- Experience with wiring and cabling during assembly
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Capable of conducting equipment safety checks
- Able to maintain a steady work pace independently or in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working overtime
- Possesses the physical dexterity needed for hands-on assembly work
