Assemblers (Mechanical) 3rd shift

$19-$21/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-time

We're seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers to build high-quality products in a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment. If you can read blueprints, work with hand/power tools, and take pride in precision assembly, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to assemble mechanical and electronic components
• Build sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
• Test components using departmental procedures to ensure quality
• Document revision levels, lot numbers, and serial numbers for traceability
• Perform plumbing and pneumatic system testing
• Use grinding machines and finishing tools as needed
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, waste elimination, problem solving)
• Mentor team members and work independently when needed
• Follow all shop safety practices and PPE requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints/schematics
• Basic TIG welding, plumbing, or pneumatic testing skills (preferred)
• Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Forklift/lift equipment experience (preferred)
• Excel and Oracle experience a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
