Job Summary

We’re looking for a Hardware Distribution Manager to plan the distribution strategy from scratch (identify sales channels such as online retail, our website, local retail networks, etc.) and to build the delivery process all the way to the end customer for our new product - a smart device that synchronizes with VR video, letting users feel what they see.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in distribution management and sales, particularly within the US and EU markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a distribution strategy from scratch across multiple sales channels (online, direct website sales, retail networks, etc.)
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, distributors, and retailers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate with the manufacturing facility in China to streamline shipping and customs processes
• Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards

Your Profile

• Experience in distribution and supply chain management, ideally with consumer electronics products
• Strong knowledge of the US or/and EU distribution markets
• Ability to negotiate and build strong partnerships with distributors and logistics providers
• Understanding of international shipping, customs, and regulatory compliance
• Fluency in English, Russian is a plus
