Position summary
Assists clients in utilizing ADP HR products and services to maximize client satisfaction and compliance. Supports clients and internal teams in developing and implementing compliant HR policies. Manages assigned accounts based on client needs. Consults with HR Business Partners, ADP departments, and clients to ensure employment, handbook, drug testing, and background check policies comply with applicable laws. Ensures proper execution of policies supporting ADP, client needs, and legal requirements. Interprets employment policies and regulations, communicates with vendors and clients regarding policies and best practices, and audits cases for accuracy and compliance. Serves as the main contact for inquiries related to handbooks, drug testing, and background checks, maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Delivers HR services aligned with ADP's Service Level Agreements, providing high-quality service, resolving discrepancies, and addressing escalated issues through ownership and follow-up. Keeps current with evolving HR, drug testing, and policy legislation. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education & Certification Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or HR. Preferred certifications include PHR or SPHR. Experience:
1-3 years in Client Service, HR, or Compliance/Employment Law. Preferences:
Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR/employment laws and drug testing laws. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
