Collaborating closely with the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will be an influential member of the Executive and Medical Staff teams. This role involves establishing strong, trust-based relationships with the Board of Trustees and the community, and fostering cooperation among hospital and clinic personnel as well as physicians. The ideal candidate is a visionary physician leader with a keen focus on customer and patient care, capable of navigating complex situations to formulate insightful recommendations. The CMO will excel at building relationships, communicating effectively, and balancing the diverse interests of multiple stakeholders. Expertise in program development, medical staff management, and quality improvement is essential. The successful candidate will be an MD or DO with board certification and must hold or be eligible for a current state medical license, along with eligibility for medical staff privileges.
