Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter. This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent across a range of skilled trades roles to support the growth and success of the company.

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electric was founded in 2011 and remains a family-owned and operated company. Based in Rockwall, Texas, we have provided residents in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with professional, 5-star home services for over a decade. Our owner, Brad Bacon, runs this business with his family, and everyone on the Bacon team is considered part of the extended family. We are looking to grow that family with trained professionals who are committed to excellent customer service for homeowners in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Act as the face of the company, with an active presence online and at events.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, and career fairs.
- Develop job postings and recruitment marketing strategies tailored to the residential trades industry.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of skilled trade professionals (plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, etc.).
- Build relationships with trade schools, unions, and industry networks to attract talent.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment reports to management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting; experience in skilled trades or service industry highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other residential service roles.
- Knowledge of local licensing/certification requirements for trades professionals.

Pay structure is base salary with potential for bonuses. Work schedule is generally 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday. This is an in-person role.
