Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking a proven dynamic leader to join our team in the key role of General Manager at our Fort Worth location. This individual will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss and must have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals. Our organization believes in developing leaders and decision-makers. The role will provide you significant autonomy along with organizational support to help you succeed.

Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electric was founded in 2011 and proudly remains a family-owned and operated company. Based in Rockwall, Texas, we have provided residents in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with professional, 5-star home services for over a decade. Our owner, Brad Bacon, runs this business alongside his wife, sons, daughter, son-in-law, and uncle every day. And now, everyone on the Bacon team is considered part of the extended family. We’re always looking to grow that family with trained professionals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service to homeowners in our community. Responsibilities
Play a key role in the creation, communication, and execution of the mission and strategic plan of Bacon. Empower every employee to feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves and that their role is strategically important to the organization. Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, etc. Proactively seek ways to expand upon business offers and explore new ideas and ways of doing things. Continually evaluate the success of Fort Worth operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage and develop employees (hiring, terminating, disciplinary, and training responsibilities included) Regularly meet with senior company leadership to make sure that decisions the organization needs are well-thought-out and timely. Evaluate workload in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed. Observe all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Strategically manage financial aspects of Fort Worth operations Attend customer escalation issues/satisfaction as needed. Qualifications
Strong desire to lead and develop others Industry related knowledge and experience 5 or more years leading teams, preferably in residential trade services 3+ years of Profit and Loss experience Proven sales experience in business to consumer home services sales A progressive career path with home services trades experience Demonstrated success and stability in their prior roles.
