Required Skills
Intermediate knowledge of building systems including HVAC, lighting, controls, generators, and water systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting design and construction plans, project submittals, control diagrams, etc. Intermediate ERP skills, including job cost reporting Strong financial acumen related to projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Microsoft Project Nice to Have Skills
Experience with advanced project management tools and software Familiarity with construction regulations and best practices Understanding of sustainable building practices and technologies Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in project coordination or engineering roles Other Requirements
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus
