Territory Manager - Agriculture
(Remote - Western USA)
We're looking for a Territory Manager to cover a key growth market across California and the broader Western USA. Representing a national agricultural products company, you'll lead distributor development and customer engagement to expand market share across the region.
What's Involved Own and grow relationships with distributors and end-users across California and neighboring Western states. Manage key accounts, ensuring delivery of results, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Partner with internal teams to align customer needs with product solutions and strategic goals. Provide expert guidance on a full plant nutrition portfolio. Monitor pricing and ensure competitive positioning while protecting margins. Identify opportunities to expand distributor networks and introduce new products. Represent the brand at customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events. What You'll Bring
A degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline preferred. Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry. Strong technical knowledge of soil health, plant nutrition, and modern agricultural practices. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, confident engaging with both distributors and growers. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools for effective account management. Flexibility to travel throughout California and the Western USA.
