Position Overview

This role requires collaboration with internal teams and consistent engagement with external candidates to maintain a qualified and reliable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job descriptions/requisitions to our career portal and relevant job boards
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to current and forecasted project needs
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)
- Conduct interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fit
- Verify employment references and facilitate wage negotiations
- Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure staffing goals are met
- Ensure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulations
- Provide ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagement
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and the knowledge of, or ability to learn basic office software
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Must be able to work standard business hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledge
