Job Description
Design and implement efficient catheter manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into production workflows. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and validation protocols. Support the scale-up of manufacturing processes from prototype to full production. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing activities. Provide technical training and support to production staff as needed. A successful Senior Process Engineer should have:
A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong understanding of catheter manufacturing processes within the life science industry. Proficiency in process optimization and validation techniques. Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of industry standards.
