Job Description
Lead process development and optimization for coil winding, transformer assembly, and other electronic manufacturing operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and throughput. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to implement new technologies and manufacturing methods. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff. Support capital equipment planning, layout design, and workflow improvements to meet customer requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality management systems. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years working in electronics-related products or processes. Experience in manufacturing leadership or supervisory roles strongly preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and process validation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. What's on Offer
