The Brookwood Community is seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join our incredible team serving Adults with Disabilities (Citizens). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all facets of talent acquisition and recruiting. This role is also responsible for conducting new hire orientation and onboarding, supporting all HR staff initiatives and community events, and backup payroll support. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of HR recruiting processes, and the ability to foster positive relationships inside and outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems such as BambooHR.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Utilize social media management tools for recruitment marketing and lead generation.
• Conduct research on industry trends to improve HR practices and policies.
• Support internal recruiting efforts through effective negotiation and relationship management.
• Assist with staff appreciation and training events.
• Provide backup support for payroll.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources or related fields with a focus on recruiting and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems such as BambooHR.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contracts related to employment and labor law is essential.
• Proficiency in interview techniques for outreach during recruitment efforts.
