We\u2019re looking for a skilled and strategic recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to build and execute effective recruiting strategies
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screenings, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Promote our employer value proposition with professionalism and clarity
• Identify and implement process improvements in recruitment operations

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools, including ATS
• SHRM certification and/or relevant degree preferred
• Valid driver\u2019s license and willingness to attend local hiring events
