Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Staffing Specialist (Recruiter) role in our Nashville, TN branch. The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and supporting a diverse range of roles for our local clients: general warehouse, forklift, technical roles, administrative roles, and more!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the fast-paced recruiting or service industry.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to engage with applicants, employees, and clients with a high-level of customer service and personability.
- Microsoft 365 and adept computer proficiency.
- Willingness to adapt, think outside of the box, and develop resources for building/maintaining a strong talent pool.
Job Duties
- Responding to client staffing requests in a timely manner and scheduling in-take calls to understand the expectations of each role.
- Thoroughly screening candidates through in-person interviews, skills assessments, and verifying credentials.
- Submitting the best qualified candidates for each role.
- Employ community relationships, social media, employee referrals, and job boards to build a diverse talent pool.
- Ensure all screening and onboarding requirements are met prior to placing a new hire on assignment with a client.
- Handling routine new hire check-ins, coaching, terminations, safety incidents, and personnel issues as they arise.
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities to skill market talent to existing clients, promoting branch growth.
