About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies across our bakery sites, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top-tier talent, drive process improvements, and promote our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple bakery sites.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure a personalized and engaging candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
- Leverage ATS and HRIS systems (preferably ADP) to manage and track recruitment data.
- Utilize LMS tools (Alchemy platform preferred) to support onboarding and compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Represent the company at local job fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
- Maintain a strong employer brand across various channels and candidate touchpoints.
- Report on key recruiting metrics to leadership and recommend process enhancements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Talent Acquisition Specialist Credential (required)
- SHRM PHR Certification (required)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS system software (ADP preferred but not required).
- LMS experience preferred (Alchemy platform a plus).
- Other Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality to keep candidate engagement high.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Process-oriented and driven to implement consistent recruiting practices.
- Ability to personalize interactions, making candidates feel valued and welcomed.
- Comfortable with local travel and occasional evening/weekend commitments.
