About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies across our bakery sites, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top-tier talent, drive process improvements, and promote our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple bakery sites. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a personalized and engaging candidate experience to attract and retain top talent. Leverage ATS and HRIS systems (preferably ADP) to manage and track recruitment data. Utilize LMS tools (Alchemy platform preferred) to support onboarding and compliance. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure alignment and efficiency. Represent the company at local job fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities, including occasional evening and weekend commitments. Maintain a strong employer brand across various channels and candidate touchpoints. Report on key recruiting metrics to leadership and recommend process enhancements. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Certifications: Talent Acquisition Specialist Credential (required) SHRM PHR Certification (required)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS and ATS system software (ADP preferred but not required). LMS experience preferred (Alchemy platform a plus).

Other Skills: Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality to keep candidate engagement high. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Process-oriented and driven to implement consistent recruiting practices. Ability to personalize interactions, making candidates feel valued and welcomed. Comfortable with local travel and occasional evening/weekend commitments.
