Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Recruiter to work and split their time in both our Bensenville and South Elgin locations. The Skilled Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, negotiating and finalizing job offers, and interviewing candidates. The Skilled Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a recruiter, preferably in a professional or Industrial staffing firm


• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple professional roles


• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Experience with recruiting software (ATS)


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment


• Bachelor\'s degree or Certification is a plus


• Bilingual is Spanish is a plus
