Overview
Lead Recruiter (Hybrid) at Homebase. We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in scaling startups, balancing scrappiness with strategy, and coaching others while partnering with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, People, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruiting strategies for GTM and G&A, building pipelines of passive and active talent through creative sourcing, campaigns, and AI-powered outreach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring teams, defining role requirements and hiring strategy; provide data-driven market insights, compensation guidance, and interview best practices.
- Coach, mentor, and develop 1–2 recruiters to elevate team performance.
- Lead executive and critical searches, navigate negotiations, and influence senior decision-making.
- Drive scalable, repeatable recruiting processes and frameworks that balance structure with scrappiness.
- Leverage recruiting analytics to assess pipeline health, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Introduce bold, creative, and AI-powered innovations to optimize hiring efficiency while preserving a world-class candidate experience.
- Contribute to company-wide talent strategy with proactive insights to improve hiring.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment.
- Proven success hiring for senior and executive-level GTM + G&A roles.
- Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset; strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience coaching and developing other recruiters; ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to source, engage, and analyze pipelines.
