Lead Recruiter (Hybrid) at Homebase. We are looking for a recruiter who thrives in scaling startups, balancing scrappiness with strategy, and coaching others while partnering with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, People, and Operations. Responsibilities

Design and execute recruiting strategies for GTM and G&A, building pipelines of passive and active talent through creative sourcing, campaigns, and AI-powered outreach. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring teams, defining role requirements and hiring strategy; provide data-driven market insights, compensation guidance, and interview best practices. Coach, mentor, and develop 1–2 recruiters to elevate team performance. Lead executive and critical searches, navigate negotiations, and influence senior decision-making. Drive scalable, repeatable recruiting processes and frameworks that balance structure with scrappiness. Leverage recruiting analytics to assess pipeline health, identify gaps, and implement improvements. Introduce bold, creative, and AI-powered innovations to optimize hiring efficiency while preserving a world-class candidate experience. Contribute to company-wide talent strategy with proactive insights to improve hiring. Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment. Proven success hiring for senior and executive-level GTM + G&A roles. Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset; strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making. Experience coaching and developing other recruiters; ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and candidates. Proficiency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools to source, engage, and analyze pipelines. What We Offer (United States)
