Location: Waltham, MA Hybrid (Onsite Mondays & Wednesdays)

Pay: $28$35/hour

Start Date: ASAP ideally by 9/15

Duration: 3+ months (with potential to extend long term)

Exciting contract recruiter role at a prominent firm. Youll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking HR team that plays a key role in bringing top talent into the firm.

The Opportunity

Seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume early career hiring at the firm, including managing their internship program (70+ interns last year). This role is perfect for someone who is energized by building relationships with students and entry-level candidates, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can pivot seamlessly across multiple roles and locations.

This is a full-cycle recruiting position: youll be reviewing resumes, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers. You wont need to source heavilythe firm has a strong inbound pipeline from career fairs and eventsbut youll need to be skilled at moving talent efficiently through the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead early career and intern recruiting, from application review through offer.
  • Manage the 2026 Summer Internship Program for Associate Project Consultants.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand preferences and priorities.
  • Review and manage a high volume of inbound candidates.
  • Use Greenhouse ATS (currently being re-implemented) and LinkedIn Recruiter to support pipelines.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and represent the firms values of excellence and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Prior recruiting experience with early career or internship programs.
  • Strong high-volume recruiting background.
  • Personable, energetic, and able to connect with students and young professionals.
  • Adaptable and proactiveable to pivot quickly across divisions, locations, and job types.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Engineering or technical recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
