Seeking a
Contract Recruiter
to support high-volume
early career hiring
at the firm, including managing their
internship program
(70+ interns last year). This role is perfect for someone who is energized by building relationships with students and entry-level candidates, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can pivot seamlessly across multiple roles and locations. This is a
full-cycle recruiting
position: youll be reviewing resumes, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with hiring managers. You wont need to source heavilythe firm has a strong inbound pipeline from career fairs and eventsbut youll need to be skilled at moving talent efficiently through the process. Key Responsibilities
Lead early career and intern recruiting, from application review through offer. Manage the 2026 Summer Internship Program for Associate Project Consultants. Partner with hiring managers to understand preferences and priorities. Review and manage a high volume of inbound candidates. Use Greenhouse ATS (currently being re-implemented) and LinkedIn Recruiter to support pipelines. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and represent the firms values of excellence and integrity. Qualifications
Prior recruiting experience with early career or internship programs. Strong high-volume recruiting background. Personable, energetic, and able to connect with students and young professionals. Adaptable and proactiveable to pivot quickly across divisions, locations, and job types. Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS (preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
