Shift: Monday – Friday / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly paycheck
Pay: Up to $ 23.36/hour

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support factory events including safety days, retirements, employee meals, and milestone celebrations
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and service providers, coordinating meals, meetings, and tours
Manage factory communications including calendars, newsletters, recognition updates, and emergency contact lists
Provide HR support including onboarding, uniform management, payroll inquiries, and Kronos call-off tracking
Requirements:
Degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational, calendar management, and communication skills
Knowledge of onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance; ability to handle confidential information

Pay Details: $23.36 per hour
