Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring we meet and exceed regulatory standards while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Champion of Quality & Compliance:
Set high standards for resident care and confidently address challenges with sound judgment. Advocate for Residents' Rights:
Prioritize dignity, privacy, and compassion in every interaction. Mentor & Inspire Your Team:
Recruit, develop, and support your nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and trust. Infection Control & Safety Leader:
Design and implement effective safety protocols as the Infection Control Coordinator. Resource Management:
Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets that ensure exceptional care without compromise. Ideal Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings experience, heart, and leadership to the table:
Active Ohio RN License
(required) 5+ years in long-term care , including
1+ year in a leadership role Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
with the ability to motivate and inspire your team Empathetic, Solution-Oriented Leader
who thrives in a fast-paced environment
