Technical Support Specialist

Phoenix, Arizona .
Overview
This role is critical to maintaining seamless operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person requests. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMware, Windows, Linux, and basic scripting. Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform job functions. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications
Associates degree in a related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a related area. Requirements
Familiarity with commonly-used IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. VMware administration Windows and Linux system administration Basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) Customer service and support experience
