Key Responsibilities Build AI growth workflows using AirOps for strategic enterprise customers while establishing scalable best practices and templates that can be leveraged across the team Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of AI Solutions Architects, evolving our services delivery playbook and resourcing model Own customer success metrics and expansion revenue targets across your team's accounts; analyze trends and report insights to the Executive team Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence roadmap and build strategic workflows aligned to customer needs and market opportunities Drive executive relationships with key accounts through QBRs, architectural reviews, and strategic planning on complex implementations Experience
