Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated

Assembly Operators

to join our team in Newburyport, MA. This role involves operating microelectronics assembly equipment, performing inspections to industry standards, and ensuring high-quality output in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.

Inspect semiconductor die and packages using high- and low-power microscopes to Military and Jedec standards.

Follow defined specifications, process instructions, and verbal guidance.

Perform delicate product handling and assembly using precision hand tools.

Train new team members on equipment operation and assembly processes.

Maintain a well-organized, audit-ready work environment.

Use computer-based manufacturing systems for product tracking and data entry.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience in electronic or semiconductor assembly but not required.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precision inspections.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a stable work history.

Compensation:

Starting Pay:

Candidates without Cleanroom or Semiconductor experience:

$19.50/hr

Experienced candidates:

Up to $21.50/hr + 20% shift premium (if applicable)
