Job description: Executive Assistant
Salary: $90,000-$120,000 + benefits
Location: Downtown Los Angeles
Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays
Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking organization, led by two visionary Co-CEOs. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and assisting the leadership team with a variety of projects and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for both internal and external parties regarding matters related to the Office of the Co-CEOs.
- Assists and represents the Co-CEOs as needed in communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Independently investigates, prioritizes, and follows up on various incoming issues and concerns directed to the Co-CEOs, including sensitive or confidential matters; determines the best course of action, referrals, and/or responses.
- Manages and oversees all daily secretarial, planning, scheduling, and administrative activities, both personal and professional, to support the Co-CEOs.
- Handles communication and correspondence, responding as needed and bringing action items to the attention of the appropriate individuals.
- Manages calendars by scheduling and arranging meetings.
- Coordinates all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car services.
- Handles personal errands or tasks to support the CEOs.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and ensuring they are handled efficiently.
- Adept at conducting information research, analysis, and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of proficiency, including advanced use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proven experience in working with strong personalities and managing both personal and professional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant.
