Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of systems and equipment in a high-paced, technical environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.
Job Description
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues including the replacement of parts such as pressure pumps, thermocouples, tooling, treating iron, and tubing. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including control valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, and pressure hoses. Perform basic electrical diagnostics and repairs, including work with VFDs, motors, 4-20mA and 24V sensors, and PLC/RMC controllers. Identify and resolve pneumatic issues, including troubleshooting of control valves, cylinders, vacuum systems, and basic compressor systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment. Rig downhole tools into pressure vessels or bunkers, connect high-pressure tubing, and conduct pressure tests using HMI remote control and data acquisition systems. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer tools for maintenance and test reporting. Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and other departments in both verbal and written formats. kills Required
At least 2 years of formal training or work experience in related technical fields. Familiarity with software systems such as Allen Bradley PLC RSLogix, RMC logics, and Keyence Marking Builder is a plus. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools; experienced in using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers. Strong ability to interpret and apply pressure test data. Able to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical blueprints and test plans. Flexibility is essential. Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed. Shift: 1st shift - schedules are subject to change based on operational needs. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Frequent twisting, bending, leaning, and stooping required. Ability to work in a shop environment with consistent exposure to loud noises, dust, solvents, and oils. NEST Training(must be completed before or upon hire). Education
Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or robotic systems. Pay Rate
$25 and higher depending on experience and shift
