Job Title: Technology Quality Technician

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented technician to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues, performing preventative maintenance checks, and collaborating with engineers and management for effective communication and documentation.
Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, including the replacement of parts such as pressure pumps, thermocouples, and tubing. Diagnose and resolve hydraulic issues, including the replacement of control valves, pumps, and motors. Diagnose and resolve basic electrical issues, including troubleshooting VFD, motors, and PLC controllers. Diagnose and resolve pneumatic issues, including troubleshooting control valves and vacuum systems. Perform preventative maintenance checks and rig downhole tools for pressure testing. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer operations for maintenance and test reporting. Communicate effectively with engineers, management, and other departments. Requirements
Minimum 2 years technical degree preferred or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and robotic systems. Minimum 2 years of formal training or equivalent work experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with software systems such as Allen Bradley PLC RSLogix and Keyence Marking Builder. Proficient in using and maintaining common hand tools and power tools. Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Knowledge and experience in applying and interpreting pressure test results. Experience reading and interpreting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical blueprints. Salary & Benefits (Optional)
