Materials Handler, Operations / Logistics

Role Overview You will support warehouse and logistics operations for robotics manufacturing by moving materials, preparing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely flow of parts and components to production. You'll help ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time to keep engineering and manufacturing humming.
Responsibilities Move raw materials, subassemblies, and components to and from designated areas using forklifts or other transport equipment Prepare outgoing materials: scan, label, package, and stage for shipment or internal transfer Complete required paperwork such as Bills of Lading for inter-company transfers Input and retrieve inventory/parts data using systems and technologies (e.g. warehouse management systems) Monitor and respond to material demands across production areas to meet schedule needs Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization in warehouse and staging areas Adhere to safety procedures in material handling, transport, and storage Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and operations Experience working in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling settings Ability to operate material transport equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, etc.) Comfortable with scanning, labeling, packaging, and handling shipping documentation Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and proactive problem solving Good communication skills and ability to interact with production, engineering, and logistics teams Dependable, punctual, with strong work ethic and flexibility to assist across tasks Ability to perform physical work including lifting, walking, and moving materials
