Job Description
We’re hiring an
AI Application Engineer
to build, integrate, and deploy our
AI Engines
and
Agentic AI workflows . You’ll work across algorithms, pipelines, and interfaces—making our AI explainable, scalable, and impactful.
You’ll start on a
consulting basis
(competitive hourly rate), with the opportunity to move into a
full-time role with equity
as you demonstrate impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop & support
AI Engines
(algorithms, interfaces, documentation, customization).
Build
data pipelines
(consistency checks, preprocessing, normalization).
Support scalable deployment via our
CI/CD + DevSecOps pipelines .
Integrate AI outputs with
LLM tools via RAG
for an Agentic AI experience.
Collaborate with the cloud team and occasionally with customers (data issues, insights, business value).
Qualifications
Must-haves
Degree in Engineering, Applied Math, CS, Physics, or related field.
Experience with
analytical applications
and
technical documentation .
Hands-on skills in at least some of:
Statistics
Mathematical optimization
Bayesian estimation
Signal processing
Experience with
MATLAB ,
Java ,
GitHub (Actions) .
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship .
Pluses
Model-based development / simulation-based verification.
Shell scripting, Golang.
Experience with
GenAI / LLM augmentation (RAG) .

US Citizenship Required:
This position requires the ability to work with Controlled Unclassified Information for the Department of Defense.
Location:
This is a remote position. USA, Nationwide. Proximity to either our Palo Alto, CA or Atlanta, GA office is a plus.
Flexible schedule initially: full-time or part-time but no less than 10 hours/ week
