As a member of our Technician team, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to a wide customer base. Our technicians are trained to ensure a premier customer experience while they educate and connect homeowners with advanced technology. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Visit customers' homes to tackle issues and introduce them to smart home technology.
Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home solutions in customer residences.
Educate customers about their technology and suggest additional services as needed.
Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold professionalism while working autonomously, yet staying in touch with your team.
