Department Summary As a member of our Technician team, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to a wide customer base. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Visit customers' homes to tackle issues and introduce them to smart home technology. Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home solutions in customer residences. Educate customers about their technology and suggest additional services as needed. Must have a clean driving record. Schedule Flexibility:

Willing and able to travel and work assigned shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Physical Ability: Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft. Capacity to lift items up to 70 lbs. Must comply with a maximum weight limit of 335 lbs. Customer Focus:
