As a vital member of our team, our Technicians deliver exceptional TV and Smart Home solutions to our valued customers. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to provide outstanding customer experiences while connecting more homes with the latest technology. Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Perform installations and maintenance of DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
Educate customers on how to use their technology and offer additional services where beneficial.
Maintain a clean work environment and exhibit professionalism while working independently and staying connected with the team.
