Job Description - Assembler I The Assembler I performs routine assembly operations, of a repetitive nature, to produce quality products per product specifications. This is primarily an
entry-level role , ideal for those looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assemble product and sub-assemblies according to written documentation. Test functional performance of assemblies using meters and test equipment. Perform minimal soldering of components (as needed). Use small hand tools, jigs, and fixtures. Move material to and from work area. Package products per process instructions. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred. Previous manufacturing/assembly experience helpful (not required). Ability to read, speak, and understand instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination (working with small parts). Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
